Through these pages, I hope to be able to convince you that not only was Washington a great President, but also that he deserves to be memorialized in our town. Washington's leadership abilities during the Revolution established him as one of the father's of America, and he only furthered that legacy while in office. He is undoubtedly deserving of memorialization.
